We offer dog walking, pet drop-in visits, hourly playdates, house sitting, and pet transportation services. No matter what your needs are, we are here to help!

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. However, due to high demand, there is a 50% cancellation fee for scheduled reservations. Cancellations occurring 24 - 48 hours before the reserved service date forfeit the entire payment amount. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we call them Meet & Greets. During the Meet & Greet, we come to your home to meet you and your pet. We will spend some time getting to know your pet and their personality, tour of your home to get an idea of your pet's routine and favorite places as well as discuss needs and expectations. This is a great time for you to ask questions about our services.

Yes, we are insured for your peace of mind and to make certain your pet is always safe. Pet sitter’s insurance provides coverage for your pets and personal property while in our care, custody, or control, including pets during transport. It also covers damages to the home or property.

The first step to booking a service is completing a new client registration form on our customized client portal. This will allow us to understand the specific needs of your pet. Once you have registered an account and created your pet profile, you can easily request a service by selecting your desired date and pet care service. Upon booking your reservation request, we will contact you to schedule a complimentary pet Meet & Greet. The Meet & Greet is a great way for us to start building a relationship with your pet while answering questions about service expectations.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to the scheduled start date of any service. We accept ACH and credit cards payments. You can also pay using Venmo or PayPal. Most clients pay for their service reservations during the complimentary Meet & Greet.

We care primarily for cats and dogs but have been known to care for some exotic animals, upon request. We are open to other animals, just ask!

Registration & Reservations
We’re experienced pet professionals who are passionate about providing the best possible care for dogs and cats of various sizes and age ranges. Furbaby Bestie Pet Care is your extended pet care family, understanding that it takes a village. We’re there to provide the love your pet requires when you’re away from home.
New Client Registration: We strongly suggest that you register a new client account and make your reservations several weeks in advance in order to schedule services for the time period you desire. A $25 pet care consultation in your residence is required prior to the scheduled service date for all new clients.
Reservations: All reservations and cancellations must be made through our online client portal. Scheduling will not be accepted through calls, text messages or email. Once your reservation has been submitted and approved, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your reservation dates and times. Please review them to confirm accuracy. Once your services are confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a Meet & Greet!

Schedule a Meet & Greet.
Scheduling a pet care consultation is an important step towards securing your furbaby’s new bestie. This initial encounter will allow your pet to get to know us while you are present as well as discuss their specific care needs. We will also walk you through the scheduling platform, Time to Pet, where your pet profile and report details can be found. This consultation is required and no services will be rendered ahead of this pet encounter.
